Otters Teaches Paganism
Lessons on paganism from everyone's cutest pagan, Otters.
When Otters arrived as a member of my gang, it was clear she was a pagan as soon as she arrived. After getting her a pentacle like mine and discussion with her, we soon began a series of informative photo stories on paganism called Otters Teaches Paganism. These are not dated because they're about each holiday, and unlike other albums it's not important to know when they were done.
Part 1 Basics
Otters teaches about some basic overviews of paganism and tools in use.
Part 2 Mabon
On Mabon (Fall Equinox) Otters tells about the meaning of the holiday.
Part 3 Samhain
Happy Pagan New Year! We all know Halloween; now Otters is going to tell all
about Samhain, the Day of the Dead.
Part 4 Yule
It's the darkest night of the year, and Otters tells all about Yule and the
Ritual of the Bonfire.
Part 5 Imbolc
Otters teaches about Imbolc--the festival of candles and milk--and plays with
fire and oranges
Part 6 Ostara
Ostara is here--and Otters celebrates with eggs, nature, and bunnies!
Part 7 Beltaine
Beltaine is upon us, and Otters again explains about the holiday of fertility
and romance. (WARNING: Frank discussions of fertility and sex inside.)
Part 8 Litha
Hail to the sun god! Litha is here, and Otters dances in the sun and gets
familiar with the ale.
Part 9 Lammas
Otters teaches of Lammas, baking bread, and the winding down of the earth.
Part 10 The Four Elements
Otters teaches about the four traditional elements--fire, earth, air, and water.
